We are 'Forward', a community organisation based in Birmingham, England. Our mission is to bring to light the historic areas within the city, as we all feel as though these places have been forgotten, with the modernisation of Birmingham taking the limelight. Over the past decade or so, the city of Birmingham has received mass funding in order to complete a total renovation of the city, with the construction high-rise buildings and futuristic overhauls of the current area becoming a regular occurrence. Our slogan is a clear representation of our message 'Cherishing the Past, Embracing the Future'. We are more than happy with the improvement and transformation of the city, but we just don't want the history of Birmingham to be forgotten and lost in time.
